Ohio Christian University Men's Basketball team started the season this weekend with their annual Tip-Off Tournament. The Trailblazers won both contests. Friday night OCU faced Clark State and won 76 to 56. On Saturday, the Trailblazers went on to defeat Wright State Lake, 88 to 75. All-American senior guard Stefan Vasiloff started right where he left off a year ago.

OCU Women's soccer is in it first year of existance. No one expected the women to do what they have done to this date. Today they defeated Johnson Bible College in the Mid-East Regional Tournament. The women move on to play Kentucky Christian Univ. in the Regional final. Winning tomorrow would mean a trip to Florida to play in the National Tournament.
Junior Marissa Tackett was selected to be on the 2009 1st Team All Conference for the Ohio College Athletic Conference. Tackett suffered an ankle sprain halfway through the season and after a few weeks was back on the court.
