OCU Starts First MBA Students

Ohio Christian University has started 32 graduate students this month in the first cohort for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Seventeen students are in the online program and fifteen are attending onsite in Circleville. These students have a wide range of backgrounds, including IT, marketing, and ministry undergraduate degrees as well as industry and church experience. This program is aligned well with OCU’s mission as it prepares students to serve as leaders in for-profit ventures, in non-profit organizations, and in their communities. The curricula prepare students to lead with integrity with strong ethical foundations.

The MBA program is focused on practitioners and requires 36 credits (12 courses) in about 20 months to complete all coursework in a lock-step, one-course-a-time cohort model used in OCU’s adult programs. The MBA will provide the leaders of today and tomorrow with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in a competitive business environment.

The MBA as well as a Master of Management (MM) are available online or onsite in Circleville and Dublin. If you are interested in enhancing your business or non-profit organization through graduate education, call 1-855-OCU-GRAD (628-4723) to learn more about the programs.
