OCU Answer Center is Coming August 1!
Ohio Christian University is excited to launch their first-ever University call center, called the OCU Answer Center, on August 1, 2014. The Answer Center will feature a team of highly-trained Customer Service Representatives to answer a wide variety of questions OCU students may have, including financial aid information, class information, and more. Have you ever wanted to get in touch with your instructor, but could not remember their contact information? Or have you ever forgotten what day your class started, and for that matter, where it would be held? What about how to fill out your FAFSA? This highly-energetic customer service team will be here to help. We will have answers for you!
Jenni Lloyd, OCU’s new Director of Customer Service, states:
“The Answer Center will allow us to facilitate a positive experience for students by providing them with timely answers to whatever they may need as they continue along the journey of their college career. We are here to serve the students of Ohio Christian University!”
