PL4801 Leadership Capstone

Challenges students to integrate learning from all course work in solving complex leadership problems and clarifying their leadership philosophy. The primary objective of the project is to "map" a change initiative in an organization of the type identified by the chosen concentration. The result of this mapping exercise will be a formal analysis and critique of both leader and organization in light of the principles learned in this program.
