Program Objectives
Students who complete the Leadership and Ministry concentration should be able to:
Integrate Christian principles in critical thinking and decision making.
Articulate a doctrinal position and its relevance to ministry.
Lead a local ministry by implementing a strategic process.
Demonstrate skills in communicating the gospel in a variety of contexts and to various audiences.
Apply practical ministry skills to meet the pastoral needs of a local congregation (e.g., administer the sacraments, perform rituals, visitation, etc.).

Students must have a US High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 50 semester credit hours from an accredited institution of higher learning. Students with fewer than 50 semester hours may apply to an Associate of Arts program to complete this requirement.
