Publicity Release Agreement

I hereby give my permission to Ohio Christian University to use my photograph or photographic image in official college business, including: College web sites, newsletters, promotional material or press releases.

For valuable consideration hereby received, I irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by the Ohio Christian University of any and all photographs which have been taken of me, negative or positive, mechanical or electronic, for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction, and without further compensation to me.

All negatives, positives, video or audio tapes, electronic files, together with any prints shall constitute the property of Ohio Christian University solely and completely.

I hereby release, discharge and save harmless the photographer, the Ohio Christian University and its staff, including any firm publishing or distributing the finished product.

I hereby waive any right to approve the finished photograph or any copy which might be used in conjunction with the finished photograph.
