OCU Baseball Advances in Regional Tournament

The baseball team defeated Johnson Bible College in the first round of the regional tournament 13-2. The Trailblazers used several big hitters on Monday to put 13 runs on the board. Adam Peters hit a grand slam, and freshman Max Ray hit his first college home run. Read more »

April 15th was a bright day for the future of the OCU softball program. Kourtnie Buchanan, a senior from Zane Trace High School, became the first recruit to sign a letter of intent to play softball. Read more »

OCU Signs Dual Sport Athlete from Northridge to Play Softball and Basketball

The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers have signed Northridge High School's Lindsay Rose as a dual sport athlete. Beginning with the 2009-2010 basketball season Lindsay will be playing basketball for the Trailblazers. Read more »

Ohio Christian Baseball Posts Third Win

The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers won its third game of the season in convincing fashion by defeating its NCCAA Mid-East Region opponents, The Freewill Bible Baptist Flames by the score of 10-0. The Trailblazers were again led by a stellar pitching performance by freshman, Steven Vogelgesang (Cincinnati, OH). Vogelgesang pitched a complete game two hit shutout and struck out seven. Dannyel Butte, a 5-6 senior guard from Findlay High School, signed her letter of intent to play basketball for the Lady Trailblazers next season. Read more »

Schilling Signs With Lady Trailblazers

The Lady Trailblazers signed Courtney Schilling, a point guard from Liberty Union High School. Courtney averaged 9 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals per game in her senior season. Read more »

Ohio Christian Posts Win Over the Weekend

The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers won their second game by defeating the Ohio University-Lancaster Cougars by the score of 7-1. The Trailblazers were led with a stellar pitching performance by freshman, Steven Vogelgesang (Cincinnati, OH). Vogelgesang pitched a complete game, five hitter, allowing one earned run, and striking out five. Read more »

The Trailblazers sign Jeremy Hays from Tree of Live Christian School. Jeremy is the runner up player of the year in the Mid Ohio Christian Athletics league. Read more »

Canal Winchester Sends Another Player to OCU
