Volunteers Recognized for Service to the University

Ohio Christian University Volunteer Recognition Breakfast

Ohio Christian University held its first annual Volunteer Recognition Breakfast on November 17, 2010 in the Leadership Center on the campus of OCU.  The Ohio Christian University Legacy Team consists of 40 volunteers who were recognized for hundreds of hours of service to the university.  These individuals give of their time to help support various events and projects on campus. 

Trailblazers Let One Slip Away

OCU Men's Basketball traveled to Cedarville, Ohio Tuesday night to take on the Yellow Jackets of Cedarville University. The Trailblazers played a strong first half against the NAIA nationally ranked Yellow Jackets going into the half trailing 36-39.

Lady Blazers Remain Undefeated at Home

The OCU women's basketball team kept their home game winning streak alive on Saturday as they defeated Southern State Community College 121-59.  The win was the 17th straight at home for the Lady Blazers, who came out firing and jumped to a 41-8 lead and never looked back.  All fifteen of the Lady Trailblazers scored in the game, including five players in double figures.  Freshma

Trailblazers Finish Week 3-0

The Trailblazers of Ohio Christian University finish the week 3-0 on Saturday by defeating Southern State Community College 89-61. Forward Jeremy Hays led the Blazers Saturday with 24 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocked shots. "Jeremy has been playing really well and has the potential to be a real special player," says Coach Christopher.

Lady Blazers Remain Undefeated

Lady Trailblazers Win Two in Cincinnati

The OCU women's basketball team traveled to Cincinnati Christian to play two NCCAA opponents last weekend.  On Friday, they came out blazing, taking an early lead, and never looking back.  The Lady Blazers had five players in double figures in a 101-79 win over Kuyper College.  Senior Danielle Fleming led OCU with 15 points, while freshmen Kaity Wyeth added 14, Sharonda Jones had

Men's Soccer Team Finishes #2 in Nation

OCU Soccer has made strides over the past few years.  Now, according to Coach Josh Murton, they are where they need to be in the national scene.  After finishing the 2010 season #2 in the nation and the 2009 season #3 season, OCU is considered one of the top teams in the NCCAA.
