Trailblazers Make History by Beating Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon, Ohio (11-16-2010). The Ohio Christian University men's basketball team traveled to the campus of Mount Vernon seeking their first victory against the Cougars. Trailblazers Win Big Against Rival Valor Christian College

The Trailblazers win against cross town rival Valor Christian College (World Harvest) on Monday night 88-76. The Trailblazers shot the ball well on the night. As a team they shot 49 percent from the field, 42 percent from the 3 point line and 80 percent from the free throw line.

Trailblazers Win Two

The Men's Basketball team of Ohio Christian University was at home this weekend in their annual Tip-Off Classic. On Friday the team took on Ohio University Lancaster in a 103 to 73 win. In his home game debut OCU's Tirrell Cumberland did not disappoint. Tirrell shot 5 for 7 from three point land and 8 for 10 overall. He finished with 27 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Read more »
