Subsidized Federal Stafford Loan
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Must be enrolled at least half time
  • $2,625 year 1
  • $3,500 year 2
  • $5,500 year 3-5
  • Interest paid by federal government while student is eligible
Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan
  • Must be enrolled at least half time
  • $4,000 year 1
  • $4,000 year 2
  • $5,000 year 3-5
  • Interest must be paid by student during study or added to principal
Federal PLUS Loan (for parents)

  • Up to the cost of education less any financial aid

Ohio Christian University Aid
Out-of-State Grant
  • Resident of a state other than Ohio
  • Equivalent to Ohio Choice Grant
Church Matching Grant
  • Must be a member of a church making contribution to the University
  • CBC will match student's church contribution up to $500 per semester
Good Neighbor Quality Student Grant
  • Attend a high school in one of the following counties: Pickaway, Ross, Fairfield, Fayette, Pike, Hocking, Christian Schools, Home Schools, Madison, Franklin, or Licking
  • $1,000 per year
Sibling Grant
  • Must be claimed as a dependent
  • $250 per sibling per semester
