Student Helpdesk

The Student Helpdesk is maintained by the Department of Information Technology and offers support for:

  • Login and password problems
  • Email and network problems
  • Lab computers and printers
  • Network connections in all dorm rooms
  • Student computer connection to OCUNet

The Student Helpdesk office is located in the Melvin and Laura Maxwell Library in the middle of campus. Office Hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
