Employment Application Instructions

The OCU Employment Application is a fillable PDF form. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view the form.

  1. Download the OCU Employment Application.
    Depending on your system configuration, the form will open with Adobe Reader or in your internet browser.
  2. Save the form to your computer.
    Use the Save button on any form page or choose File>>Save As to save the form to My Documents or the location of your choice. This will allow you to save your progress and submit the completed form electronically.
  3. Enter your Data.
    Click in any field to begin entering your responses. To find fields more easily, you can use the Highlight Fields button at the upper right corner of the screen. Remember to save your form periodically and upon completion.
  4. Return the completed form to OCU.
    • Email your completed application to the contact person associated with the position you're interested in...
    • Or upload your completed application using our online utility.
