Trailblazers Win Two In Knoxville

The Trailblazers were on the road this weekend in Knoxville Tennessee. They started with a win on Friday against Johnson Bible College 78-55. "We did not play our best basketball on Friday but got the job done after a long bus ride," said Coach Christopher. Forward Jeremy Hays was the stand out on Friday. He shot 8 for 9 from the field for 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals.

On Saturday the Blazers traveled a few miles up the road to Crown College and defeated them 98-56. OCU came out shooting well and never stopped. They shot 20 for 31 (64%) from the field and 13 for 21 (61%) from three point land. Tirrell Cumberland shot 6 for 11 from three point land ending with 29 points and 5 assists. Michael Farrell also shot well with 5 for 8 from the three point land ending with 25 points and 8 rebounds.
