Men's Soccer Signs Jordan Johnson from Northridge High School

Ohio Christian University signs mid-fielder Jordan Johnson for men's soccer. Jordan, a two year Team Captain from Northridge High School, committed to OCU for the 2011 season. Jordan played all four years at Northridge in which he made Honorable Mention All-Conference his freshman year, 2nd Team All-Conference his sophomore year, and 1st Team All-Conference his junior and senior years. In his senior year, he made 1st Team All-District as well. Jordan's career stat's for high school includes 27 goals and 36 assists.

Murton comments, "Jordan is a positive young man who loves the game of soccer and will make a huge impact on this program in his four years with us. He has played at a high level of soccer over the past few years so his experience will be a nice boost to our strong team. His drive for his teammates and his drive to excel in his beliefs, school and soccer will only add to the environment we have created here at OCU."

The men open up the 2011 season at Asbury University on August 26 at 7pm.
