OCU Launches Toler Leadership Institute

Today, Ohio Christian University is pleased to announce the launch of the Stan Toler Leadership Institute— the flagship project of Toler Leadership in partnership with Ohio Christian University.

Rev. David Dean will lead the institute as the Church Relations Director, adding a new resource tailored to developing leaders. Through the Toler Leadership Institute, Dean and Toler will work to strengthen the tie between Ohio Christian, the local church, and OCU students. The launch will consist of lunch, a meet and greet with Stan Toler, and conclude with a lecture, Intentional Leadership, from Toler.

On the Institute’s formation, Toler said, "I am honored and humbled to have my name associated with my alma mater. And as someone who has devoted most of his life to developing leaders, I am delighted that this will be the main focus of the Institute."

Toler, Dean and Ohio Christian University have already set high goals for the Institute — namely, training up 1000 leaders and planting 100 churches.

Dr. Stan Toler is a bestselling author, dynamic teacher, and passionate speaker. His passion for leadership development positions him in the unique position to foster the inherent leadership potential in our students. Toler pulls from a wealth of leadership experience — including serving as vice president for John C. Maxwell’s INJOY Leadership Institute, where he trained leaders to make a positive difference in the world.

Ohio Christian is delighted to collaborate with Stan Toler and is confident that the Lord will bless this endeavor.
