OCU Community Action Day

Students Improve Local Quality of Life on Community Action Day

Ohio Christian University students practice service-above-self on Community Action Day (CAD) each year, living out the University's mission of serving the community in whatever ways needed.

This year CAD is April 10.  Whether helping cleaning residential front yards, beautifying municipal parks, or serving a local ministry or downtown business, OCU students create a memorable day of selfless service.

In teams led by project leaders, OCU student and staff volunteers make this day truly one of practicing servant leadership in their community.

Participating students may count their CAD projects as class attendance.  Be sure to sign up for projects as soon as they become available.

If you are a Circleville resident and wish a CAD team to help you, or someone you know, including your church or civic service organization, then please CALL Benny Ferraro at 740-477-7702 or E-MAIL him at bferraro@ohiochristian.edu by March 28 to schedule your project!
