Blazers Baseball Pick up Fifth Win
The Ohio Christian Baseball Team picked up their fifth win of the young season with a 12 to 10 rain shortened win over Ohio University Chillicothe. The Blazers played in a cold consistent rain at the VA Stadium in Chillicothe, led the entire game and got the win when the umpires called the game after 6 innings when it became nearly impossible to hang on to the ball or the bat.
Trailblazers Have Second Good Week in National Rankings
After the second week of statistical reporting the Ohio Christian University Trailblazer softball program dropped in the national rankings to 30 out of 33 teams reporting. "We kind of expected that kind of drop this week since a lot of the schools had not reported during the first week," said Head Coach Emory Clark. The Trailblazers do have some team stats that are worthy of note.
Trailblazers Fall Short in OCAC Double Header
The Ohio Christian University Trailblazer softball team fell short in both games of last Saturday's double header at Southern State Community College. The final score for the first game was 15-0 and the second ended with a final score of 17-0.
Lady Trailblazers Sign Pickerington Guard Jazmin Smith
The Lady Trailblazers signed Jazmin Smith, a 2009 Pickerington Central High School grad, to play basketball next season.  Jazmin will bring athleticism and speed to OCU's backcourt, which is a perfect fit for the Lady Blazers' fast-paced style of play.  Head Coach Mandy Wray said, "Jazmin will fit our style of play really well.  We like to press for forty m
