Registration for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013

  • New Students - Once you are accepted, the Enrollment Office will schedule you for a Registration Day or an individual advising appointment. We look forward to serving you!
  • Returning Students - you can register or change your Fall 2012 schedule in SONIS until August 20, 2012

How do I register? (New Students)

Once you are accepted, the Enrollment Office will schedule you for a Registration Day or individual advising appointment.

How do I register? (Returning Students)

  1. Meet with your advisor to plan your courses for the next academic year
    • Your advisor will clear your registration hold so you can register in SONIS.
    • Find your advisor's name in SONIS on the Bio tab.
    • Contact us if an advisor hasn't been assigned, or if you need help contacting your advisor.
  2. Go to SONIS - http://sonis.ohiochristian.edu.
    • Update your Bio information. Click the "Update Bio" arrow (top right corner).
    • Enter your courses. Click on the Registration Tab in SONIS to begin.
    • The class schedules and other forms you may need can be found here.
  3. If you have a financial hold:
    • Call Jodi at 740.477.7716 to get the hold removed. (Or email Jodi - finaid@ohiochristian.edu.)
    • Avoid a late fee - Turn in paper registration to be entered after the hold is lifted.
    • You cannot register in SONIS while on Financial Hold.
 

What do I need?

  1. Course lists for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 (and perhaps Summer 2012).
  2. Registration Instructions - on the website or download the pdf.
  3. SONIS Online Registration Student Tutorial if you are new to SONIS registration.
