Blazers Win at Home
The Trailblazers of Ohio Christian University were home Tuesday night against Ohio State University Mansfield. The team moves to 16 and 3 with a score of 101 to 55. "The first game between these two schools was up and down the floor with a final score of 130 to 96. We slowed the game down and played good half court defense tonight keeping them from getting into a fast pace game. My guys played under control tonight and made Mansfield play our game. I am proud of them." Said Coach Christopher. Several players got on the floor tonight. Sophomore forward John Baker had his best game of the season with 15 points and four rebounds. Freshman Center Cornelius Oliver had 9 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocks. Junior Center Michal Baker had 12 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Michael has the fourth best field goal percentage in the nation at 62.5%. Michael averages 9 points and 7 rebounds a game. The Trailblazers are home on Friday against Crown College.
