Men's Basketball Places Five on All-Region Team; Russell Named Player of the Year

CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The OCU Men's Basketball Team placed a total of five players on the 2013 All Mid-East Region Team. Senior guard Milen Kostov and sophomore Evan Mills were selected as All-Region Honorable Mention.
OCU center, James Nelson, was selected as 2nd Team All-Region for his breakout season. Nelson averaged 11 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game. Junior guard, Trey Vaughan was also named 2nd Team All-Region as the sharpshooter averaged nearly 13 points per game while leading the team in three point field goals made.
Sophomore guard, Wesley Russell, was selected as the 2013 Mid-East Region Player of the Year. Russell avaraged 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Trailblazers while also leading the team in steals.
