OCU Signs First Golf Recruit, Josh Moore

The golf program signed its first ever competitive recruit, Josh Moore on August 25, 2010.  Josh is a graduate of Western Brown High School and comes to Ohio Christian University as an Interdisciplinary Studies major.  Josh hopes to work towards completing his bachelor's degree in order to become a certified high school teacher.

Coach Davis explains, "Josh will be an excellent addition to rounding out OCU's team and brings to the team a wealth of experience to help shape our program's competitive future.  I am excited to see Josh mature as a student and golfer over the course of his tenure at OCU."

The teams first competitive invitational will be a 36 hole event at Malone University on September 17 and 18 2010.  A strong showing at Malone may qualify the team for an invite to NCCAA Nationals in Florida this October.
