Mack Bostard Joins OCU Soccer

GROVE CITY, OH - Central Crossing High School goalkeeper Mack Bostard has chosen to continue his education at Ohio Christian University.  Bostard, who started in goal at both Gahanna Christian Academy and Central Crossing during his prep career, will add depth to the goalkeeper position and join an ensemble of other Grove City area soccer player currently at OCU.

Bostard is the fourth player in the from the Grove City area to sign with OCU.  Bostard joins Sam Coachman, Michael Duffy, and Zach Matthews as members of OCU's 2012 recruiting class with Grove City ties.

In addition to playing goalkeeper for the Comets at Central Crossing, Bostard was also a talented place kicker on the football team.  He also competed as a member of the tennis program at CCHS.

Mack joins an OCU program that has finished in the top three nationally each of the last three seasons.  The Blazers are still in search of their first ever NCCAA National Championship.
