Athletics Mission Statement

In keeping with the traditional association of sports with education, intercollegiate athletics constitutes an integral and very visible part of OCU's education and spiritual purpose. Our athletics program provides a link and rallying point to our community, students, faculty and alumni. Therefore, our athletes are among our finest ambassadors. They are given the daily opportunity to demonstrate that leadership and competitiveness can effectively work together to provide opportunity for ministry through athletics.

OCU competes at the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCAA) Division II level. The Trailblazers compete in one of the NCCAA's toughest conferences, the Mid-East Region.
