OCU Defeats KCUIn one of the most exciting matches in school history, Ohio Christian (13-10 overall, 8-4 region) defeated Kentucky Christian in four games. OCU won the first game, and then came from behind, down 21-26, in the second to win 30-27. The Lady Trailblazers lost the third game, but then rallied in the fourth to finish off the Lady Knights 30-23. Brittany Martin and Marlaina Shotsky finished with double-doubles, totaling 34 kills and 27 digs between them. Leslie Turner and Marlaina kept many plays alive with their solid defense in the back row, while Jordan Kline held the line at the net. #13 OCU will host the Trailblazer Classic this weekend. |
