OCU Women's Volleyball Regional Tournament This Weekend

The Ohio Christian University women's volleyball team will travel to Cincinnati Christian University this weekend to play in the NCCAA Mid-East Regional Tournament. OCU (#3 seed) is slated to play two matches on Friday. They will open up against Kentucky Christian at 2:00 and then will battle Johnson Bible College at 6pm. The winner of the region will qualify for the NCCAA National Tournament in November.

Some key milestones were reached in the Lady Trailblazers' last match. Sophomore middle hitter Marlaina Shotsky tallied her 400th kill and 100th block of the season. Freshman Brittany Martin passed the 300 dig mark for the season, and sophomore Whitney Pontius reached 800 assists.
