Saultz Soccer Legacy Continues at OCU

CIRCLEVILLE, OH - OCU women's soccer is in it's infancy as a program but yet still has a bright future ahead.  Evidence of that was once again shown this summer with OCU bringing on Karissa Saultz, daughter of former Men's Captain, Randy Saultz. Randy stands #6 all time on the OCU career assist list, something head coach Josh Murton hopes to see from Randy's daughter. "Karissa will be a huge asset to our program as we grow on and off the field. She is confident, athletic and understands the game. Her dad taught her well" Murton mentioned.

Karissa was a captain for her high school team Mechanicsburg HS in Machanicsburg, PA. While there she helped lead the teams deep into state tournament runs. Karissa joins Jake Morrison on the men's team to be the first legacy's in the soccer programs history. "Randy told me they use to play together but they don't remember. If she play's like Jake, we are in for a great four years with her!" added Coach Murton.
