Roe Named NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week

 

GREENVILLE, SC - Shelby Roe has been named the NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week.  Roe, a senior guard at Ohio Christian University, led the Lady Trailblazers to two wins, averaging 25.0 points, 4 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.5 steals, while knocking down 10 shots from behind the three point arc. OCU defeated OU-Chillicothe 85-61, and then defeated OSU-Newark 76-62. 

 
The Lady Trailblazers are currently ranked #3 in the NCCAA Division II National Coaches Poll.  OCU is currently 10-10 on the season and will be hosting the NCCAA National Championship Tournament in March.
