Women's Basketball Picks Up Two Wins at Valley Forge

PHOENIXVILLE, PA - OCU Women's Basketball wrapped up their final day at the Hersha Hospitality Classic at Valley Forge with a blowout 93-42 win over Baptist Bible College.  The win over BBC was the second victory in 24 hours for OCU after they defeated a scrappy Valley Forge team on Friday night by a score of 59-53.

Senior Kara Zwick led they charge over Baptist Bible with 17 points on 8 of 12 shooting from the field.  Freshman phenom Te-Asia Smith added 15 points, 10 assists, and 5 steals in the win.  Amy Jo Bishop rounded out double digit scorers for the Blazers with 11 points.

Head Coach Mandy Wray went deep to the OCU bench as every player tallied minutes in the contest and every player scored as well.  With the win the Blazers now sit at 5-2 on the season.
