Allison DeVore Joins OCU Cross Country and Track

CIRCLEVILLE, OH - Allison DeVore has signed a letter of intent to compete in cross country and track at Ohio Christian University.  DeVore attended Van Buren High School where she trained under head coaches Adam Shoemaker and Michael Newcomer.

Allison was a two year varsity letterman in both Cross Country and Track at Van Buren High School.  In track she was awarded the Most Improved Athlete Award during her senior season.  She also competed in basketball at VBHS where she was a one year letterman.  She was honored with the Team Loyalty Award as a senior in basketball.

"I chose OCU because I was really impressed with the education program," said DeVore.  "I like that it is far away from home so I can grow as a person but still close enough to see my family when I need to."

Allison joins an up and coming women's cross country and track program that will be looking to compete at the NCCAA Nationals in November.
