Head Coach Emory Clark

Emory Clark returns to Ohio Christian University for his third season as the head coach of the Lady Trailblazer softball program. Coach Clark is an alumnus of Circleville Bible College, now Ohio Christian University ('93).

Coach Clark has been coaching softball at various levels since 1995. In 2006 and 2007 he was an assistant coach at Powell County High School in Stanton, KY. Coach Clark has completed the Pitching Instructor's Clinic at Worth Club K in Nashville, TN., a Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association and is pursuing certification as a Sports Injury Specialist. This fall Coach Clark completed his first course in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Coaches College in pursuit of a four star Master Coach certification.

Coach Clark is married to Ruth, his wife of 21 years. They are the parents of Katie, 19 and a sophomore at OCU who plays catcher for the Trailblazers, and Charley, 15. Coach Clark completed his Bachelor's degree at Circleville Bible College in 1993 and is currently working on his Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. Coach Clark is an ordained minister with the Churches of Christ in Christian Union. Coach Clark and his family attend the Heritage Memorial Church in Washington Courthouse, OH.
