All-OCC Hilliard Davidson Standout Taylor Moore Inks with OCU Softball
HILLIARD, OH - The Ohio Christian University softball program is pleased to announce the recent addition of Taylor Moore. Moore is currently a senior at Hilliard Davidson where she plays for head coach Katie Speakman.
Moore has been a standout pitcher for Hilliard Davidson, helping lead her team to a 7-4 record so far this season. Moore has been recognized as one of the top players in the OCC, taking home All-Conference 2nd Team honors in 2012.
Moore recently showed her dominance in a win against Bradley High School. Moore was dominant, throwing a two hitter in a 6-1 Wildcat victory over the Jaguars.
"Taylor is a perfect addition for our softball program," commented OCU Head Coach, Stephanie Jones. "She is a competitive athlete that will really strengthen our lineup and rotation. She is also a great person and we expect her to do really well at Ohio Christian."
Moore joins an up and coming OCU Softball program that is currently 5-5 on the season. The Trailblazers have won four straight games and are pursuing their first ever NCCAA Division I Regional Title.
