OCU Softball Supports Circleville Youth Softball League with Donation

The Ohio Christian University softball program recently made a $500 contribution to the Circleville Youth Softball League renovation project at Ted Lewis Park. "Chris (Caudill) and the Circleville Youth Softball League have been a big support for our program the last few years. For the past two seasons we have called Ted Lewis Park home, and they have worked with us on practice schedules, game schedules, and it has really been a good experience for us to work together," said OCU head coach Emory Clark.

OCU softball and CYSL hope to continue to partner together in the future. "We are in the process of planning a softball clinic for the CYSL next spring. We want our softball program to help the CYSL program develop good, strong softball players, and hopefully, some of them will come to OCU and help our program continue to develop in the years to come," said Coach Clark.

Ohio Christian University softball participates in The National Christian College Athletic Association Mid East Region and in the Ohio Collegiate Athletic Conference. For more information about OCU softball contact head coach Emory Clark at eclark@www.ohiochristian.edu or 740-477-7707.
