Take the ACT
All first-time freshmen and some transfer students are required to submit ACT or SAT scores as part of their enrollment requirements. An ACT score is not required if it has been five or more years since high school graduation or if you have 12 or more semester hours that transfer into Ohio Christian University.
For those who haven't taken the ACT, or would like to re-take the test, the admissions office has provided the below dates for ACT testing at Ohio Christian University. Please be aware that there is no cost to complete this testing if you have submitted an application; however, your scores will only be valid for Ohio Christian University. If a student has not yet submitted an application, they may apply online.
About the ACT
The ACT is America's most widely accepted college entrance exam. The ACT® test assesses high school students' general educational development and their ability to complete college-level work. The multiple-choice tests cover four skill areas: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. The Writing Test, which is optional, measures skill in planning and writing a short essay. Check out the ACT's site for student resources at www.actstudent.org.
