The forms listed below are required for admission to the Traditional Undergraduate Program. Since each student's situation is unique, you may not need to complete all of them. - Send your ACT score to OCU or register for onsite testing
- Minister's Reference
- Health & Immunization Form
- Housing Contract
- Submit Tuition Deposit and/or Housing Deposit (Fall 2013 Incoming Students, submit your Enrollment Deposit by May 1, 2013 for $1000 toward the Fall 2013 Semester!)
- Leadership Scholarship Application (New Incoming Students)
