Trailblazers lose to Clark State

Ohio Christian University was defeated in four sets by the Clark State Lady Eagles 18-25, 25-22, 12-25, 18-25.

Freshmen Ashley Southard led the offensive attack with 12 kills and the defense with 4 blocks. Sophomore Linette Shetler chipped in 14 digs.

"We worked through some changes at times, but the focus was not consistent," said Coach Brothers. "The team had trouble running through our strengths tonight and this is something we have to not lose sight of to come out on top."

Ohio Christian University Women's volleyball has an overall record of 7-7 and has an OCAC record of 1-3.

Ohio Christian Volleyball's next home match is Friday, October 1st at 7 pm at Circleville High School versus NCCAA opponent Johnson Bible College and then plays Saturday, October 2nd at 10 am at Teays Valley High School versus the Crown College.
