Leadership and Ministry

Bachelor of Arts

The Leadership and Ministry major is for adults who want to increase their effectiveness to lead as Christians in their arenas of influence, be they secular, religious, professional, or personal. There are five concentrations from which a student must choose: Biblical Studies, Church Planting, Intercultural Ministries, Organizational Leadership, and Pastoral Ministry.

Major Objectives

Upon completion of this major, the student should be able to:

  1. Integrate Christian principles in critical thinking and decision-making.
  2. Demonstrate awareness and improvement of thinking and learning strategies.
  3. Articulate a doctrinal position and its relevance to ministry.
  4. Demonstrate skills in communicating the gospel in a variety of contexts and to various audiences.
