Academically Speaking… The Healthcare Management Program at OCU
Healthcare is one of the largest and fastest-growing industries in the United States. Healthcare organizations need managers with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience necessary to keep pace with industry trends. OCU strives to meet this need by offering a Bachelor of Arts in Business degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management.
The Healthcare Management concentration develops the managerial skills required to work in today's regulated, complex healthcare field. Graduates of the program will have a solid foundation to meet the challenges of increasing quality while decreasing cost in healthcare delivery. The program prepares graduates for supervisory or middle management positions in hospitals, managed care organizations, community health centers, physical group practices, pharmaceutical companies, and other types of facilities.
This degree is offered through the College of Adult and Graduate Studies and has been designed specifically for busy adults. OCU’s regional locations with flexible class schedules, and online degree options make it possible to earn this degree without sacrificing other priorities.
As a non-profit organization, OCU is able to offer competitive tuition rates. All of the adult programs qualify for federal and state financial aid programs, military education benefits, and employer reimbursement programs.
