Welcome to the advising portion of Trailblazer Academy. Advising is mandated by the State of Ohio College Credit Plus program. Below is a short video introducing students to Ohio Christian University and Trailblazer Academy and links to downloadable forms required to complete the advising process.
Please take the time to watch the video and download the required forms. Once you finish the video, please complete the form and electronic signature at the bottom of this page. Upon submission of the electronic signature our office will be notified. Students with any questions need to reach out to the Trailblazer Academy office to speak to their advisor. Advising is not complete and registration cannot occur until the appropriate forms are completed and returned to the Trailblazer Academy office.
