Welcome to the Ohio Christian University’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) website. The OEM actively works to improve and expand its campus-wide approach to increase the university's overall emergency preparedness and disaster resilience.

The OCU Office of Emergency Management supports our campus community of staff, faculty, students, and visitors to ensure that as a university we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards.
The Ohio Christian University Emergency Management webpage is a resource for up-to-the-minute information about campus emergency incidents including school closures or announcements about unfavorable weather conditions around our area.

To ensure you receive emergency email notifications and text messages, please verify your information in the RAVE System.
The RAVE Mobile Safety System generates a phone call, text message, and email in the event of an emergency on the campus. Your university email account will be automatically enrolled to receive alerts, but you will need to provide a valid phone number to receive voice and text alerts. RAVE will also be used to provide alerts regarding special events and changes to the normal school schedule, such as school closings. Please click the logo above or proceed here for further instructions (requires OCU login) to create your RAVE security account.
