Eligibility
A student may request an incomplete grade when extenuating circumstances, such as military service, hospitalization, or death in the immediate family prevent them from finishing course work on time. To qualify for an incomplete, the student should demonstrate that over fifty percent of work has been completed.
Requesting an Incomplete
Online Campus
Students may request an incomplete Online Campus grade by emailing appeals@ohiochristian.edu. The request should include documentation of an extenuating circumstance that led to the need for an incomplete. The request should be submitted no later than the last week of the course, or if the emergency occurs in the last week of the course, no later than 14 days after the end of the course as noted in SONIS.

Students may request an incomplete grade (I) by submitting the Incomplete Grade Request form available below or in the Registrar’s Office.
