Come Run for Rodriguez on October 3rd at the Run for Rodriguez 5k and Family Fun Run at Ohio Christian University! Online registration is now open – only $20!
In 2013, the OCU community was deeply impacted by the sudden loss of Josias Noel Rodriguez, a 19 year-old sophomore in the traditional program. A man after God’s own heart, Josias was an incredible friend to many on campus and was known as a shining example of Christian character.
The Run for Rodriguez 5k and Family Fun Run was established to celebrate his life. All proceeds from this community event go to the Josias Rodriguez Ministry Scholarship Fund, which was established to preserve the legacy of this amazing young man. This scholarship is awarded each year to a ministerial student in need of financial assistance.
Whether you’re a first timer or a seasoned veteran, this event is perfect for the whole family. For just $20 you get a race t-shirt, and finish-line food and beverages. Plus, there are prizes for the top 5 male and female 5k finishers.
So come and run with us! We can’t wait to see you! Register now!
