Three Concerts in Three Days

The Music Department of Ohio Christian University is presenting three outstanding performances this week. Admission to the concerts is free of charge and the events are open to the public.

On Thursday, April 20, the University Orchestra under the direction of Roger Stieg will perform a concert of music by Mozart, Holberg, Grieg, and others at 7:00 pm in Detty Chapel.

The Spring Concert, including performances by the University Chorale and Chamber Singers under the direction of Dr. Dione Bennett, and the winners of the Annual Solo Competition will take place on Friday, April 21 in Detty Chapel at 7:00 pm.

The annual Concert on the Lawn by the University Band and Ohio Capital Winds, featuring clarinet soloists Andrew Compton and Dr. Adrienne Lape, and guest saxophone soloist Motoo Hamada, will take place on Saturday, April 22 at 4:00 pm.

Due to the threat of rain and cold weather, the concert will be held at Crossroads Church located at 5679 Tarlton Road - Circleville, OH 43113.
