Ohio Christian University is excited to host an upcoming concert, “An Evening with Mark Lee,” organized by Living by Faith Ministries. Lee is a founding member and guitarist for popular Christian rock band Third Day. The concert will be taking place on Sept. 16 from 7:00-8:30 pm, with doors opening at 6:00.
Lee will perform songs from Third Day and his album Unshakeable Heart. He will also share about his book, “Hurt Road,” in which he writes about the hardships he has faced throughout his life. The concert will include a Q&A session with Lee for VIP ticket holders.
“For me, what I’m most excited about is what it’s going to do for the people that come here to see it,” said Leslie Carver, the main director of the event. “His message really speaks to you that life doesn’t have to be perfect,” she stated, reflecting on Lee’s life story highlighted in “Hurt Road.”
The event will take place in Ohio Christian’s Ministry & Performing Arts Center. Ticket prices for students are $6, general admission is $12, and VIP tickets are $25. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite. Free onsite parking will be provided.
