OCU Basketball Teams Roll to Victory

The Ohio Christian University women's basketball team defeated OSU-Marion on Monday 71-53. The Lady Blazers were playing short-handed due to injury, but they fought through adversity to come out with the victory. Freshman post player Sarah Peters scored a career-high 17 points, and pulled down 11 rebounds. Rosalyn Fleming grabbed 10 rebounds as well.

The OCU women are now 7-5 heading into the new year. They will look to pick up where they left off on January 8th, in their first game back against College of Mount St Joseph's.

The OCU men's basketball team traveled to World Harvest Bible College on Monday and defeated their rival Warriors 74-69. The Trailblazers put on a balanced attack with five players scoring in double figures.
