Ohio Christian University remains in the top 20 percent of colleges, universities, and trade schools that are dedicated to serving those who serve. For the sixth year in a row, Ohio Christian University was named a Top Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs, the premier resource for military personnel transitioning into civilian life.
G.I. Jobs’ mission is to simplify the military transition experience using education and employment tools and resources to guide military service members to a successful civilian career. The annual military friendly schools list honors the institutions that are doing the most to embrace America’s military service members and veterans as students.
The colleges, universities and trade schools on this year’s list prioritize the recruitment of students with military experience. These schools are making the grade by offering scholarships and discounts, veterans’ clubs, full-time staff, military credit and other services to those who served. To the courageous men and women who serve our country, Ohio Christian University offers exclusive tuition rates to all military service members, military spouses, and dependents; as well as accepting all applicable military benefits (e.g. G.I. Bill, Ohio National Guard Scholarship program, etc.).
OCU began offering students in its adult and online programming a significant military discount in 2010. Active duty, veterans, spouses, and dependents (under the age of 23) are eligible for an exclusive tuition rate which applies to all associate, bachelor, and graduate level programs.
