Ohio Christian University’s Drama Team will be presenting Jon Jory’s adaptation of Peter Pan this fall. Showtimes will be Friday, November 4th at 7:00 PM and Saturday, November 5th at 2:00 PM. This production of Peter Pan is a one-act retelling of J.M. Barrie’s original novel. Come relive the childhood classic of Peter Pan with a trip to Neverland where Peter and Wendy navigate the thrills and dangers of fighting pirates, appeasing Tinkerbell, rallying the Lost Boys and avoiding adulthood. Peter must escape the clutches of the infamous Captain Hook and find a way to return Wendy home.
Peter Pan is guest director and alumnus Savanna Harlow’s debut show at Ohio Christian University, and she has reshaped these original characters with a steampunk flair. New to the Ohio Christian stage is Brandon Benner in the lead role of Peter Pan, and Hallie Graf (Little Women, Dark Road) is returning to the stage as Wendy. Come out and support Benjamin Woodland (Dark Road, Hunchback of Notre Dame) as the devious Captain Hook and Acacia May (Hunchback of Notre Dame) as the ever-sassy Tinkerbell.
