Hot Handed Lancers Run Past Trailblazers

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers hosted the Eagles of Alice Lloyd College on Tuesday night, kicking off the 2020 portion of their River States Conference slate. Powered by a 34 point effort from Blake Smith, the Eagles pulled away late to grab the 78-66 victory.

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Coming off an overtime win on Saturday against Lourdes, the Ohio Christian University Lady Trailblazers grabbed their first conference win of 2020 by defeating the Eagles of Alice Lloyd 101-97 on Tuesday. The win moves Ohio Christian to 2-2 in River States Conference play.

CEDARVILLE, OH – Following a trip to Indianapolis over New Years weekend, the Trailblazers returned to action on Saturday night with a matchup with the Yellow Jackets of Cedarville University. Despite seeing positive things on both sides of the ball, NCAA DII Cedarville proved too much for the Trailblazers in the 96-68 loss.

SYLVANIA, OH – After winning a nail biter last season over the Gray Wolves, the Lady Trailblazers knew they had their work cut out for them on Saturday as they traveled to face Lourdes University. After an incredible nine point comeback in the final 10 minutes, Ohio Christian dominated the overtime period to win 76-67.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Facing the Lancers of Grace College in the "Court of Dreams" classic, the Trailblazers returned to action on Monday night in a big way, playing at Banker Life Fieldhouse, home of the Indianapolis Pacers. Trailing early, the Trailblazers fought hard in the second half, but could not catch the Lancers late in the 93-66 loss.
