Lady Blazers sign first recruit for 2010-11 season
Jordan Beasley will come to OCU from Adams County Christian School.  Jordan holds her school's record for points in a single game (49).  She scored her 1000th point this season against Gallipolis on December 5th.  Jordan is averaging 28.5 points, 5 assists, and 2 steals so far in her senior season.  She was the 2009 Wendy's Heisman winner.  Jordan'
#3 Blazers Move to 12-2 with Road Win
The number three Ohio Christian University Trailblazers move to 12 and 2 with a road win over Ohio State University Mansfield 130 to 94. "Mansfield was small but quick" said OCU Coach Christopher. They pressed the whole game which in turn made us get up and down the floor a lot. This was the first game back from Christmas break and was good for the guys to get out and run.
Public Invited to Submit Comments Regarding the University
Ohio Christian University will undergo a comprehensive evaluation visit March 29-31, 2010, by a team representing The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Ohio Christian University has been accredited by the Commission since 2005.
Blazers Look To Second Half of Season
With a light schedule going into Christmas break, one of the toughest tasks for Ohio Christian men's basketball coach Curtis Christopher has been keeping the Trailblazers focused. "Without our student section, which is very good to help fire our kids up for these type of games, it is a little hard for us to get them up," Christopher said.
