Yes No Information about the violation Relationship violence is any violence, including but not limited to physical, sexual, emotional or monetary abuse or threat of abuse, between two people who are or have been in a social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature. Nonconsensual sexual contact is any intentional sexual contact with an intimate body part, however slight, with any body part or object, without effective consent. Nonconsensual sexual intercourse is any sexual intercourse, however slight, using any body part or object, by a person upon another person without effective consent. Sexual exploitation occurs when an individual takes nonconsensual, unfair or abusive sexual advantage of another for his or her own advantage or benefit or to benefit or advantage anyone other than the one being exploited, and that behavior does not otherwise constitute one of other sexual misconduct offenses.
