The BA in Music is designed to prepare musicians who serve the church and community with excellence, and whose foundation in music theory, history, and performance support that mission. Students must choose one concentration.

Objectives:
On graduating from the major, students should be able to:
- Demonstrate excellent musicianship in a performing area.
- Sing and accompany with practical mastery or greater.
- Apply music theory and history perspectives to performance.
- Lead and mentor other musicians.
